| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the current state of mental health among young teachers working in Japanese public schools, and to identify issues for future research through a review of research on teachers’ mental health. Surveys by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology shows that the mental health of young teachers is deteriorating, and there are few studies on the mental health of young teachers. The future study is to consider ways to maintain and improve the mental health of young teachers. | |||||
