| 内容記述 | The decline in the athletic ability of young children is also associated with the decline in the ability of daily activities such as communication ability, and the main factor is the decrease in exercise play, their companions, and places where they can exercise. In addition, the childcare environment is also a major factor, such as changes in the view of childcare. Furthermore, under the current situation of the spread of new coronavirus infections, research on more efficient exercise guidance and health guidance is needed. Therefore, in this study, we focused on coordinating training based on the theory of Professor Emeritus Hideo Araki of the University of Tokushima, and examined its effectiveness. From the questionnaire survey of childcare workers, many of the current behavioral issues for inf-ants were "restlessness", "difficulty in giving instructions", and "dependence on the media", which are associated with childhood. Most likely due to lack of necessary exercise or stimulation from. And those issues are also mentioned as "expected effects of coordination training". In this study, it was suggested that "instruction and communication problems", "physical strength", and "lack of exercise", including the above problems, could be improved by performing Araki-style coordination training.（著者抄録） |
