research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】日本の病院における看護師の「勤務拘束時間13時間以内」体制の導入による効果と課題を明らかにする。【方法】看護師の「勤務拘束時間13時間以内」体制に関して、医学中央雑誌Web版を使い2011年から2015年までの過去5年間の文献収集をした。そのうち「勤務拘束時間13時間以内」体制を導入した文献を選定し、導入の目的、導入前後の勤務体制、および効果と課題について分析した。【結果】対象の文献数は41件、そのうち看護師の「勤務拘束時間13時間以内」体制を導入した文献は20件であった。導入による効果は、精神的・身体的な負担の軽減、安全管理の向上、私生活の充実、時間外労働時間数の削減、離職率の減少、夜勤者の増加、などであった。また、導入による課題は12時間程度の長時間日勤における業務量の調整や休憩時間の確保、時間外勤務、院内教育への参加体制などであった。【結論】看護師の「勤務拘束時間13時間以内」体制の導入は、精神的・身体的な負担の軽減、私生活の充実などのワーク・ライフ・バランスの推進に効果があった。その一方で12時間程度の長時間日勤は、休憩時間の確保や時間外勤務など業務改善や勤務時間の見直しが必要である。これらの効果と課題を踏まえ、看護師が健康で安全な質の高い生活ができる勤務体制を検討していく必要がある。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"足利工業大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2434-7566","subitem_source_identifier_type":"EISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"中村,
