 note = {This research examines to construct the career education for preventing workplace harassment in childcare educational institution.  Workplace harassment of childcare workers is expected to have a negative impact on children. Therefore, it is necessary to provide career education to prevent workplace harassment in in childcare educational institution. I interviewed two nursery principals about the impact of workplace harassment. It was pointed out that in order to prevent harassment in the workplace of childcare workers, it is necessary to improve the working environment of childcare workers and change their awareness of working styles.
