In this survey, there were 528 responses (collection rate: 52.5%). It is turned out that a large number of student tend to enroll in the special needs schools for intellectual disabilities. It is suggested that many students with intellectual disabilities from special support classes at junior high schools choose special needs schools at high school level. Besides, evaluations on school and student matching was significantly low. As for the individualized education plan, it is clear that there are large differences among schools in terms of the frequency of making plan.
