Currently, in the educational field where many issues are piling up, we thought that by introducing co-ordination training into the curriculum and language education, we might be able to expect some kind of effect on language understanding. Therefore, in this study, we focused on language activities in the instruction of coordination training and summarized the impressions of instructors regarding its effectiveness. In addition, based on research and books related to education, I considered the theoretical background of how to use words during instruction based on the theory of Araki-style co-ordination training. Araki-style co-ordination training is a training method that stimulates the brain through the body, leading to improvements in all movements and actions. We believe that the results can be maximized by emphasizing physicality in language understanding and language learning, and by conducting co-ordination training from an early age.
