| 内容記述 | In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on children’s sleep. The survey targeted parents of children attending daycare centers or kindergartens in Ashikaga City. A total of 590 questionnaires were distributed, and the collection rate was 60.8%. The survey results showed that more than 80% of the children go to bed between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and wake up between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. About a quarter of the families spend more than 30 minutes putting their children to bed, and in the free response section, the most frequent reference was to problems with putting their children to bed. The most common problems mentioned in the free response responses were "child not sleeping well at night," "child waking up in the middle of the night," "poor sleep patterns," "snoring," "bedwetting," and "finger-sucking". | |||||
